yes, I just got the cab since i was seriously running out of luggage space . One suitcase was only full of toys for my son :D. But the cabs by themselves look really neat. Love the rims on these trucks.

@CYRUS: Dude, saw an Alfa 8C Competizione available @ "Kid Zone", shop #43-44, Galleria, Hiranandani Gardens, Powai....

Picked up the following today:
1:18
Morgan Aero 8
Mercedes Benz 300sl
BMW X5

will upload the pics soon...

Kid Zone at powai has many more burago 1:18s... anyone interested can check it out.. but i somehow don't like the wheels ... Too Much crome ( if you know what i'm saying)

Pardon my ignorance, but what's all that stuff on the DeLoreans all about?

Thanks Zibby.
@rotorhead: Agree the cabs are nicely done with chrome rims.

Quoting from the Wiki on the DeLorean DMC 12 - 'A modified version of the car became iconic for its appearance as a time machine in the Back to the Future film franchise'. Read more about it here.

It was the car used for time travel in the 'Back To The Future' trilogy. It is a legend in its own right.

The retractable hard-top has been recently restored.

Looks Wonderful. I bet she would have looked stunning when she was brand spanking new.

Yes, the retractable hardtop was very attractive then, and the red and black interior theme was too good. Maisto was almost a new name then, the build quality of this thing was better than another Maisto procured later. Prior to this in Calcutta, in the toy shops all you got were Bburago's (though much better executed) in limited choices.

Anyway, forgot to mention the Peugeot 504 is from Welly.

The Ford Focus that you see in the background, has roll cage inside (rally spec) and all,and is completely white!
