I believe he took a print out in that size from some photograph, and then stuck them on. Right, Zibby?

I shall try and do something similar for my hummer model.

I figured the print out, but I am interested in knowing if he mounted it on tin plates to give the metal feel... I am almost done preparing garage signs in the same way... I get the tin plates from Coke cans.

This is how I done it.
1. Scanned a 1/18 number plate to get the size and copied into publisher .
2. Googled for Dubai number plates and choose the first one I came across. ( This was just trial, will make VIP numbers later)
3. Copied into publisher and reduce the size to 1/18 number plate.
4. Then print out, I used glossy paper cause the finish was not good using standard paper.
5. Used double sided tape to stick to the car.

Found this website which makes American Plates http://www.acme.com/licensemaker/lic...98&r=566502149

I've used ACME license maker quite often... it is very good, but limited to US plates.
