I understand that there is more of hype associated with GL. Though the Futurliner is good but if I compare with the detailing between the GL and the TLV, the later is leaps ahead in terms of workmanship and explicit detailing. I sincerely wish to get TLVs here at India, across shelves. It probably would be more pocket friendly, but then the purchase count would increase too :)
This time the import count was huge. I love Jeep Wranglers and other than GL, not aware of any decent makers in 1:64 scale, with such wide range. So it was 6 Jeep Wranglers from US, and 3 TLVs from the US. All purchased on different dates, but all turned up at once, without customs clap:
Below were the TLV purchases:-
- Tomica Limited Vintage Nihonsha no Jidai 09 Skyline 2000GT (Silver)
- Tomica Limited Vintage LV-162b Skyline 2000GT (Red)
- Tomica Limited Vintage NEO Abunai Deka 07 Nissan Cedric (Black)
I am not too sure how the colors Lavender / Green will look on the Skyline 2000GT-X, as the image shown on the page is not confidence aspiring for me. Might be will order one, once I see your post.
Also have to save some money for at least one amongst the Tobu Bus / Hiroshima Electric Railway / Kokusai Kogyo. I think the orange Tobu looks fantastic. What you think?
Kick start 2017 with a blast! clap:

Nice ones. I also have a 1/18 GT3 RSR from Auto Art. Though I feel that with a rear engine layout, engine detailing is a disappointment in Porsche models, as most of the engine is hidden / covered, and the rear boot-lid opening is narrow. Mine has just two chrome air intakes (I believe), in terms of detailing.

Absolutely agree to it. Would love to see the GT3 RSR
AutoArt detailing is fantastic. Bburago doesn't even come close to them. Maisto and Welly are better than Bburago.
Maisto's 1:18 300 SLR for example

Beautiful, Majumdarda. Here are my Skyline 2000GT-Xs
Even the normal Tomicas have stunning detail for a 1:64. The BMW i8 below:
I agree. The Orange bus is fantastic.
I also received AutoWorlds today. These were released in December. I have all the 72 AutoWorlds released so far. I now need showcases.
The AutoWorlds and TLVs are fantastic pieces of sculpture in 1:64. What do you say?
A new bus arrived to join my fleet: Tata LPO 1512; 1:43 scale, by Hachette. Made in Bangladesh, and bought off ebay.in

The other Skyline
You seem to have a fleet out there. Nice collection. I have one AW but am not too impressed with the paint quality around the corners or the wheel movements. Yes, they are definitely better than GLs, off course.

If it doesn't work, the eBay seller is scalesindia2012.
They say "all is fair in love and war". Fell in love with a Blue GT3 RS 4.0 and made her mine
The GT3 squad (only the 1:18s)

The latest Firebird from AutoWorld. The lines and paint job are great!
The engine and bonnet detailing is awesome.
The 1964 Ford Galaxie 500. The wheel and engine detailing is fantastic.
Note the grill details.
The rare Ford Mustang Mach 1 Ultra Red
For information, RC2 which manufactures these is owned by TOMY International which owns TomyTec ==> TLV :)
