MODS: Can we have a pinned post where a medical Doctor can mention which blood groups are universal donors/receivers. That'll help someone contact all the possible donors based on the poll. Just a thought.

I try to donate my O+ blood at least once a year.
This is from earlier today.

This time I was donating for a kid suffering from leukemia. Came to know that bone marrow transplant finds very few donor's. How do I register for this in Hyderabad.

I donate every 3-4 months. The only downside is that if you do so, you cannot personally donate if someone you know needs it. Sometimes, I am not even sure if the other person believes me when I refuse a donation saying that I've just done XX weeks ago.
