Terrace is under repairs so best view I could get from my hall. Waiting for the rains to end to begin the process of redesigning the balcony and remove the netting which is currently there to prevent birds from setting up nests around the corners.

That's the view from my backside balcony and from my room window. I keep my windows open most of the time to breathe fresh air. Really find myself lucky to have some nature left behind my house that too in the heart of the city.

Great idea for a thread.

I live in a place called Bantwal (~25 kms off Mangalore). Used to live in Bangalore (work) for a few years but this pandemic has made me realize - I'm the happiest at home. Attaching a few pictures.

Its raining heavily in Mumbai since yesterday, some respite in evening.
This is what it looks like from my verandah.

Being in a city like Mumbai we are lucky to still have enough greenery around us.
Our daily visitors include many types of birds, squirrels and occasional visits by friendly snakes.

Thanks to WFH i am able to enjoy this view.

Don’t have a good balcony view but post pandemic my terrace is like a holiday resort for me. I go there every day by 11pm and stay till 12 might night and during weekends even till 2am. I just lie-down and gaze at the sky with music and lucky to see couple of shooting stars in the past 18 months and of course bats flying all around
