I watched 'Cheeni Kum' over the weekend. Quite a nice movie i shud say. One of those feel-good, no overaction kinda stuff. I also quite liked the background score. Just a doubt here.. is the title track an original, or was it from some other regional language? ... |
The score is from the movie Pallavi Anupallavi, a Kannada movie of 80s. The score is by maestro Illayaraja. Incidentally, Mani Ratnam made his directorial debut in this movie. It also starred bollywoord actor Anil Kapoor.

And Jessica Alba??? you saw fantastic 4 and have nothing to say about Alba.:Shockked:
msdivy, i had an inkling the music was something which i may have come across before. I thought it had a Tamil background to it. Wifey was telling me she was quite sure it was of Kannada origins.
Thanx for the info, buddy.

You bet! I haven't seen FF2 yet (Didn't much like the way she looks in the movie from the publicity shots & posters). I was however sitting with my tongue hanging out whenever she was on-screen in
Sin City.

Ya she looked much better in Sin City then FF2, infact zombie was spot on with her hairdo, it was pathetic to say the least, and what no bikini :p :p
Ocean's 13 - Many stars crammed in. No bad at all, but, somehow, I didn't enjoy it as much as Ocean's 11. Al Pacino is as good as ever.
Shootout at Lokhandwala - AB Jr. and Tusshar Kapoor don't suit their roles. Sanjay Dutt and the others have done well and some of the lesser know actors are great. Good, fast movie, if you can stand bloodshed. Worth spending your money to watch.
@ Addy - all well mate ? I ask because you watching far too many movies these days !! Is it THE effect ?? :D

Just taking some time off my regular schedule. I had lost the ability to sit through any movie since a few years. I'm just trying trying to get it back.
