the new tamil movie by rajiikanth just released with huge crowds waiting to watch it.

They are talking about the movie Sivaji starring Rajnikant reportedly the costliest movie made in India.

I also read some where that he was paid some where near 50 crores. That dosn't include the profit sharing looks like...

My south Indian friend told me that Rajni is a god, and people worship him in temples. Also, those who dont get to get a glimpse of him, commit suicide.

People were in queue at Imax Adlabs at 9.30 am. I was witness and though Jhoom Barabar Jhoom also released today, people were advance booking for Sivaji only. I am going on Monday I guess.

Now back to business - review of Jhoom Barabar Jhoom

Total time waste, bakwaas picture. I wasted 180 bucks a ticket for this crap. Both the AB's Jr and Sr - rock though. Senior just has a song and the outlandish getup but boy O boy , does he carry it off like he was born for it.

And Junior impresses in a tailor made role. Junior Deol's (Bobby) character looks like a glorified extra in the movie. The girls are ok - Lara is better than Preity.
