Sivaji - The Boss

Guys,

Just wanted to check if there are any die hard fans of Rajini here.

Has anyone watched Sivaji on 1st day itself?

Please put up a short review here but dont give the plot away. Thanks.

I was like why no one has started a thread on this...

My south Indian friend told me that Rajni is a god, and people worship him in temples. Also, those who dont get to get a glimpse of him, commit suicide.

Ask JKDAS. He was sitting in a theatre at about 7 am this morning to watch the film.

Guys,

People were in queue at Imax Adlabs at 9.30 am. I was witness and though Jhoom Barabar Jhoom also released today, people were advance booking for Sivaji only. I am going on Monday I guess.

Now back to business - review of Jhoom Barabar Jhoom

Total time waste, bakwaas picture. I wasted 180 bucks a ticket for this crap. Both the AB's Jr and Sr - rock though. Senior just has a song and the outlandish getup but boy O boy , does he carry it off like he was born for it.

And Junior impresses in a tailor made role. Junior Deol's (Bobby) character looks like a glorified extra in the movie. The girls are ok - Lara is better than Preity.

Cheers
