Would appreciate some reviews of Good Omens on Amazon Prime.
It is based on a book by Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchet.
Surprised no one has mentioned the Lewis Hamilton interview with David Letterman.
Show:
My Next Guest needs no introduction.
Streaming on
Netflix
Mr Letterman talks to Lewis Hamilton about his childhood, his start in the world of racing and Ayrton Senna.
Hearing his father describe their struggle was enlightening.
Do not miss this interview.
And Lewis Hamilton takes the wheels of a Mercedes Benz station wagon on the Silverstone track.
Shahrukh Khan is to be a future guest - looking forward to that interview too.

Finished watching Bodyguard season 1 on Netflix. The difference between British vs Hollywood production is that former has stories that are more grounded and better all round acting. There are Hollywood series with lots of goods too including acting but I liked bodyguard being uk based story after a long time. An awesome and must watch series
Season one of Pawn Stars is available on Amazon Prime. Good for fans of the show who may have missed the initial season. Hope they start adding remaining seasons as well. Watching the show on History TV was irritating due to the commercial breaks. Nice to watch it break free on Prime. :thumbs up
Hi
I am watching this series called "Leila" on Netflix. Seems a bit strange. Has anyone watched it?
Please suggest.
I'm not big on TV shows as I prefer watching different movies instead of the same show everyday. The only shows I've really watched are House of Cards, a bit of Suits etc.
But I got to say "Mirzapur" on Prime Video is exceptional! Will give it a straight 5 / 5 stars. Found the story to be gripping & the performances fantastic (especially Pankaj Tripathi & Divyenndu, although all are good).
Not a family watch though. Excessive foul language & adult scenes.
Started watching Chernobyl and it's been a good watch thus far.
"DARK" German series. Excellent direction with Nolan type background score which compliments direction. Watch it either on 5.1 home theater or on headphones please.
Watched 5 episodes of Stranger Things 3. After the somewhat disappointing Season 2, I must say this is a welcome return to form for the 2016 breakout hit on Netflix. Will it top season 1, not sure have to watch the remaining episodes.
For all 80’s junkies out there, this is must watch.

It’s a dystopian view of the future based in the premise that Hindutva fascists have taken over. Based on a novel by Prayaag Akbar (who happens to be son of MJ Akbar).
Interesting premise but I found the execution poor. Everything is overdone and I lost interest after a couple of episodes.

First episode of season 3, and had to run to youtube and put "I just died in your arms tonight" on loop:D
My Fav show is back, loved it till now. Oh and that background scores, just lovely. My cellphone ringtone since years:thumbs up
Am catching up with "Homeland" from scratch. Fantastic series which keeps you wanting for more. Highly recommended.
The Man In the High Castle: Just finished season 3. Looking forward to S4 whenever it happens.
The Night Manager: A tight thriller on Prime.
and of course Chernobyl !
Stranger Things
Season 1: 4 / 5
Season 2: 2.5 / 5
Season 3: 3 / 5
On a recent train based trip to Delhi I finally caught on to the ST bug and went through the complete 3 seasons. While the first season brought in a new concept executed perfectly, the follow-up next two seasons haven't been able to recreate the magic again if you ask me. I really hope they bring something new to Season 4 (which was made pretty clear in the ending).
On a side note, sci-fi + horror + new concepts series like these remind me of one of the best series I have ever watched over the last two decades
Heroes : 5 / 5
A 2010 based super-hero powers series with mostly unknown actors (some of them did graduate to Hollywood from this series), some brilliant concepts that was executed perfectly. This was back then much before the Marvel universe exploded. If you thought the first season was brilliant, the subsequent seasons turned out even better as the writers went overboard and nailed the super-powers to the best case possible. Unfortunately the series started going downward from season 3 onwards and lost most of its fan following by the middle of season 3.
If someone has time, go through the first three seasons. You'd probably find a superhero series that even can give the Marvel universe a good fight for their money!
