Unable to upload images or videos. What could be the problem?

hold on till airtel comes to ur area coz they just started their services in my area around a week ago..now to see how good they are

Why do most images get saved as "untitled.bmp". I tried saving a few pics on the forum onto my HDD, but most of them get saved as "untitled.bmp". Its very frustrating to change the name everytime I have to save a photo. Can this be sorted out?
