The car you will be driving in 10 years

hmmm.. the title says it all. i think i would still be driving my ikon on weekend and may be my 911 to office everyday.

i know the order is bit screwed but what the heck, this is the dream.

caution: dont wake me up and if you got one write down here.

A POSSIBLE REALITY FOR YOU MIGHT JUST BE AS GOOD.

Let's go then..

Nice thread for our imagination to run wild.

I definately see myself driving a jap car with a 1.8 mill turbocharged with 16 pounds of boost.

Yep im 16 and proud to be young and learning!
I avoid driving on public roads and will be participating in track events in the near future, maybe next month itself!

Well to give a name to what I will be driving would be difficult. It might be the equivalent of something like a baleno/sx4 with a 1.8 turbocharged engine running 1 bar.

So in 5 years time i would be driving the above,in 10 years it would be something just as good.

I would probably be driving an electric car if I can afford one.

10 years from now, that is 2017, all know gas reserves in world would have been found. Oil consumption would have almost doubled but production cannot be sustained at current levels. Since there is no new addition and the current reserves will be rapidly pumped out, demand would exceed supply and gas prices would go through the roof. I am estimating that Gas would cost 4 - 5 times the current price (US price) in 2017. So no matter what car you own, it can only be a garage queen, unless you are ambani or super rich or a minister.
