ICICI at it again!! Drives man to suicide

Although we are focusing on ICICI here, but I want to add that all the private banks resort to such tactics. They all here recovery agents and it is these agents who cross the limits. If we have to fight this menace we should not just ban ICICI, rather we should try to file a writ petition in the courts seeking better monitoring of the private banks and more accountability
