Interesting topic...!

Weekends are workout days for me. I hit the gym at 7.00 am for a 1 hr workout incl. walk, run, toning etc. Evening: 2 hrs of badminton followed by 30 min in steam bath. Done for the week.

All these car and bike companies are toiling hard to reduce the weight of their vehicles to get that extra performance and here we are ... just adding the extra kilos to keep the equation balanced. . Cant think of a better sacrifice to motivate auto companies to be on their toes

One hour at the gym for five days a week every morning and 30-40k bike ride in the evening for five days. Allows me to indulge in drinking.

I spend 1.5 hrs at the gym everyday (Mon - Sat) with a 20min cardio session and go for a 8km walk every sunday morn.

Reducing body weight is not my priority, it's the body fat % needs to be cut down.

Yes it does. Driving a car on track helps burn calories as well.

You must be approximately 1460km away from your home now.

@Torqy: LOL!!

He he. I subscribed to the above for a good portion of my life. Now, with overweight and back problems, have recently started exercising a bit, and walking about 2kms daily. Its the only way life can function :(

But seriously, how I wish I could be like some friends - people who get happiness from gymming. I would much rather be out chilling or sleeeping!

Hey, you're in good shape. Just need to cut down a bit more for muscle definition and bulk up those delts, triceps and forearms.
