I saw this car on the road sometime last week, I immedeately recall seeing the Delight grille on a Padmini.

We have a very active Fiat Club in Pune, perhaps we can dissuade you from selling?

Ronks delight has a Padmini grille, abeerbaguls Padmini has a Delight grille. The Indian Delights came with this kind of grille in Aluminium,

except the 64, 65 cars, which had a steel square chequered grille as shown.

The Italian grilles were somewhat similar in design to the Padmini item, though one piece and in steel, as shown below. They never featured on Indian cars, though were commonly fitted back in the day.
