You guys seem to be ashamed of Gowda ,who was once elected as a prime minister , but , you giuys have to realise that atleast he is an indian , I am really ashamed with regard to sonia gandhi being elected as the cong president and the congress trying to make her the PM . well, rahul gandhi is also a shame on indian politics ,but , do we really care .

All said and done , I feel sorry for the chap who died and may his soul rest in peace .

Where in the world are you? You know the literacy rate in the rural areas. The votes in rural areas will work only on caste basis leave alone thinking and voting. You know very well how these people get votes (Liquor and money).

What difference does that make, whether he is an Indian or not?

Gowda's family is known to be full of hulligans. Just imagine an ex-PM sending the driver on a hunt to demand 25K. Its just cheap mentality.
Like someone else said, residents in Padmanabhanagar live in fear with these people. After all what can people do if they are driven to suicides?
PS: Still no case registered against him.
