I'm planning to get the original accessory from Tata Motors, but wanted to look at some Safaris fitted with it first...

Thanks for any pointers...

Suresh..

Here are two snaps of my Safari with a luggage rack. I have the Highlander - it comes in two sizes - I have the bigger one. It has served me really well - I have carried all kinds of stuff on it - from 20' long pipes to ladders to stuff weighing 80-90 kgs. IMHO the Highlander carrier really looks good on the Safari.

Sorry about the poor picture quality - took it from my phone.

Cheers

Hi Anand,

The high_lander roof rack looks nice. Where did you pick it up from?

The master distributor in India is Kumars Automobiles in Bangalore. This is their website - ..:: Welcome to Kumar's Automobiles & Agencies ::.. - no Chennai dealer is listed, but I am sure it should be available there to.

Absolutely fantastic snaps. Where were those taken? And pardon me, I am going to use them as wallpapers for some time without your permission.

Luke - your truck is looking cool.
How do you manage to keep your truck spanking gleaming all time ?

Mr.Lukey nice photo shoot and which are the other cars joined in the photo shoot.

Little bit smile would have made that picture look better.

No other cars Raghu, just a casual drive from my farm comprising of 2 nut cases with their cameras and of course the Safari.
As for the smile, I guess I had used up all my smileys.

Awesome pics Luke, posted any on the official auto photos thread yet?

Few snaps from our recent Hampi trip. Shot at Tungabadra dam, fortunate to notice a small gully leading to the lake. 4x4 came to good use when it got stuck in the mud. BTW, it's already 12000 on the Odo and the feelings like it's never enough.
