guys, anyone who will be able to quote what is the industry standards of Salary for a professional with the below experience:

Senior QA (manual testing) with 6 years of experience in various banking sub sectors such a retail, bank-assurance, Investment banking (securities services - Fund accounting, Transfer agency & Portfolio accounting). Currently a test lead with a leading captive unit (investment bank) in chennai.

It will be great if anyone can quote such standards.
