At Developer level, you don't get WFH. Not even laptops :)

Upper you go, Work from home is not that Exotic as it seems to be. I am working till now :Frustrati

Most of the time 13-15 hours a day and weekends too. WFH is more of a necessity than privilege.

Btw, i partially agree with your comments on W(ork)F(rom)H(ome). Though its not a norm, it can still be negotiated while joining. I know about some live examples. Also WFH is not always a pain (read between the lines here please :D ), if you ask me.
