Sleep is a highly overrated activity.

Regularly go to sleep between 930-10PM on weekdays, get up at 6AM. On weekends, go to sleep before 11PM and wake up at 730-8AM.

But then you would be caught sleeping. Any other way? My seat is on the "highway" which office folks use

There are other activities that give you a very sound sleep. exercise for example.

Don't sleep just because its the time when everyone else goes to bed.

Slow down your time, enjoy standing in the balcony.
Don't smoke.
Have an early dinner.
Keep warm.

Exercise.
Avoid bright lights.

Watching TV is not gonna make you sleepy.
Reading a book you have already read helps.

I sleep late.
Generally read till I finally fall asleep.
That is usally around 1 am.
Wake up at 7:00 AM.

No difference between weekday or weekend.

Getting more and more nocturnal; sometimes don't sleep until 4.30am or even later.

OMG!! We have everything under the sun on TBHP. Good thread. I am known for sleeping in my office. And there was this one time when I banged my head to the desk while dozing away.
