My experience is quite a while ago now: 2005. I think I took some quotes from English companies, which were for very large sums. I took a quote from the Chennai company, which was all inclusive, including the payment for the British-end services. It was affordable. But some of the relocation-consultant types are seeking the incoming ex-pat, rather than the rti Indian, and price accordingly.
