Hi this is OT but a good place to ask a question. Anyone know of a good car mechanic around CV Raman nagar? I'm 500 m from Big Bazar. TIA.

Sorry. Off Topic but need help from Blore guys. I will have to come to Bangalore from Hyderabad to take my PGSEM entrance exam at IIMB on Feb 15. I will be coming by train. I need to know which railway station is near (atleast relatively) to IIMB so that I can book my tickets accordingly. I also will be staying for a day so I need help on good hotels near IIMB. I am looking for accomodation rates around 1 - 1.5k for the stay, so please suggest.

You won't find a railway station near IIM-B if you're coming from HYD. Just get off at Bangalore City and take an auto or cab. There are service apartments in that area -- Google is your friend.

I dont think so. It would make sense if you look for a reliable one even if it is a little away. Pm psycho. He should be able to help.

To add to what viper said, you can look at jayanagar or j.p. nagar too. Will be close to iimb.

you should try to get a house in
Hebbal reigon(includes RT nagar anand nagar the ring roads near it..overall a huge constituency) many apartments coming up airport close by richmond road around 5-10 kms traffic is high but with time management you can get by the traffic..for ex you stay in RT nagar which is near the airforce head quaters on mekhri circle.. vidhan soudha practically the centre of the city is appox 5 kms brigade road maybe 9-10,old airport road 16 new airport 30kms,richmond road which is close to brigade road i think again is around 10-12 max..plenty of good schools around kendra vidhyalaya's many schools in maleswaram also etc
this is just my suggestion do consider other places also
