In house Indian restaurant might not be possible, look for hotels close to Little India.

Look at hotels in the Little India area, one of them is Park Royal which is almost behind Mustafa super market and the lane beside Mustafa has a bunch of Indian restaurants like Anandha Bhavan, Saravana Bhavan, etc and more on Serangoon Road as well. When you step out of Park Royal, you will find Komalas (even before you turn around for Mustafa) which is a very nice South Indian "fast food" place (like our own Bangalore based Darshinis).
