Don't staple it dude, it will be irritating for the people to remove it.

And it is better to insert the pamphlet in the supplement given with the main paper.

Guys, "The Hindu" had a note in their paper sometime back that this is illegal and asked readers to report such pamphlets to their office. The pamphlets have not stopped though!
