Am a big fan of his movies. This should be one of his best performances.

Do watch men of honor if you haven't. True life story of first African American navy diver in US Navy. Cuba & De Niro are brilliant, supported by some great screenplay & all round support.

Oh yes, I have. Many times. One of first movies that I have watched.

Richard Jewell in now available on Amazon Prime.
Watched it yesterday night, and loved it. Movie is perfectly paced and has perfect casting. When you see Paul Walter Hauser, you believe in what he is saying.

Watched a movie- Super fast!
A must watch movie for all car guys. It is a replica of The Fast and Furious. It is way more funny than the original Fast and Furious. Can watch anytime. Trust me, you'll laugh a lot.

Watched WASP NETWORK last night on Netflix.

Its a Cuban spy drama based on a true story. Worth watching once if you like spy movies but nothing great. Some other spy movies are far better.

Legend Ennio Morrecone has passed away. Whenever I watch Clint Eastwood, no matter which movie, that immortal theme from The Good, The Bad and The Ugly plays in my mind. RIP Legend.

1917
Brilliant cinematography and technically very sound. The story is a little far fetched but excellent acting makes up for it. It's a very different kind of war movie. Do watch it if you are into these kind of movies.
Rating - 8.5/10

The Gentleman
Typical Guy Ritchie crime thriller. Not his finest work but witty dialogues keeps you hooked. Thoroughly enjoyable.
Rating - 8/10

Jarhead 2- Field of fire
It's at best a B grade movie. Story revolves around a unit in afghanistan and there fight with Taliban. Decent one time watch.
Rating - 6/10

So many people saying great things about this movie 1917. May I ask where can I watch it on India? I mean on which streaming app?

I plan to watch Christopher Nolans Batman trilogy on the weekend. I have NOT seen any batman movie before. Does the trilogy need any background or is it totally independent?

Triology is independent. Needs no background.

watched The Company Men.

Just a regular movie about guys getting fired from high profile jobs and how they make do...Good watch.

Greyhound: 4 / 5

To be honest, the movie doesn't get as good as the book (The Good Shepherd) but Tom Hanks & Stephen Graham do a stellar job. There's a minimal role played by Rob Morgan which clearly stands out in spite of his limited roleplay.

A fictitious story but based on the real situation in the Atlantic ocean between the American & Canadian convoy of supplies and the German u-boats during the time before America officially joined WW2, this is one war movie that is completely based on naval warfare.

The Old Guard: 3 / 5

Think Wolverine broken up into different characters, but without the adamantium involved. That's the old guard in a nutshell. Clearly a base story setup for more sequels, this is primarily saved by two aspects - Charlize Theron and some nice songs integration across the action scenes.

Logic doesn't really apply as one of the core aspects of the movie, but then I doubt Netflix is expecting much out of this movie; it's more to get the hooks into viewers for the following sequels. But a compact, fast paced weekend watch.

The Haunting (1963):
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0057129/

Amazing movie. No special effects or anything to distract you. Just lighting and camera work with amazing background music to envelop you in.

Felt like i was right there with them in the movie.

The Birds:
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0056869/

Another of Hithcock's masterpieces it was a good watch but the ending left much to be desired.

An absolutely brilliant movie on a true story based out of Alabama of a death row candidate that was supposedly innocent.

Saw this movie on primevideo today and totally agree with your rating and comments. Brilliant movie.
