I would like to ask if it will be nice to have an arrangement where the posters would be able to delete pictures posted by them in past? |
Sorry Saket77, but we don't allow members to delete posts or pictures shared in the past. Once things are archived here, they should stay here.
However, if there's a picture where you want, say, your face blanked out, or your number plate or something like that - please report the post and we'll look into helping you with that.

Thanks Rehaan for the way out. Not that something I would request as of now, but surely will keep that in mind if the need arises in future.:)
Thanks,
Saket
Quite frequently I don't get the message when I am quoted by another member. It makes it difficult to stay in the conversation. Is there a way to rectify this issue?
BHP Garage pop-up slideshow for images is working once again....
@ avingodb - That unfortunately happens when you're being quoted from the mobile app. Will look into a possible resolution.

* Quoting from the Tapatalk app should now trigger "You've been quoted" notifications! *
Due to some complications, this wasn't the case earlier.
Also, obviously you need to have the notifications turned on in your
Edit Options page for this to work.
Please point out any issues you spot!
Thanks,
R
Can we have a 'Back to Top' link at the bottom of each page? Many a times due to pictures and long posts, scrolling all the way to the top of the page can be quite a task. A link back to the top would be an easy fix.

Well, what do you know, eureka!! Thank you Rehaan. Muchas gracias.
Why is it that some of the posts which are shown in the Team-BHP->Forum page are not shown in the level where it is supposed to be displayed?
A post "Indian Highways - When to hit 100+" is shown in Team-BHP->Forum. When clicked on Shifting gears, it doesn't show. But there is hyperlink Team-BHP > Buckle Up > Street and Travel Experiences in Street and Travel Experiences page.
That post is displayed only if I click on Street and Travel Experiences here.
AltoLXI,
I didn't really understand your post.
Where are you seeing that thread listed as being in Shifting Gears? Could you provide a screenshot?
From what i can tell, the thread has always been in Street and Travel Experiences.

Sorry. Please read "Shifting Gears" as "Street and Travel Experiences".
Please see the screenshots
1. In Figure 1, I try to locate the "Indian Highways - When to hit 100+"? I move cursor on the link and see URL as in Figure 2. It shows Street and Travel Experiences in status bar.
2. When I go to Street and Travel Experiences section (Figure 3), I see only "Rant on Bangalore traffic situation" post but no entry for "Indian Highways - When to hit 100+". Also in the SS at the top we see Team-BHP->Buckle Up->Street and Travel Experiences.
3. I click on "Street and Travel Experiences" in the "Team-BHP->Buckle Up->Street and Travel Experiences" shown in Figure 3 and I then get to see "Indian Highways - When to hit 100+" post.
Is it possible to not to get the weekly subscribed thread update at 1am in night. Just now I got two emails from tbhp, it will be great if such emails are sent by the system in the morning, which is usually the case. I understand the quote mails, but update emails can be scheduled for morning.
Thanks
Ravi

Thanks! Understood.
It's not really an issue - you might be getting confused by this. Note that:
1) "Street & Travel Experiences" is the main forum. "Street Experiences" is a sub-forum inside it.
2) On the titlebar (Fig 3), note that the actual forum you're in is what is written in bold
below the breadcrumb. Only the lower-level sections are shown as links above.
In short: the thread you're looking for is in the main forum "Street & Travel Experiences" and not in "Street Experiences".
