Hello,
I became a member back in 2016 and though mostly lurked around most of the time, I have been active in a few threads lately and should definitely have many tens of posts. However, my status is still a Newbie and every one of my post goes through a moderation approval. What is interesting is that my post count is stuck at 18 for several months, which is probably the reason why my status is also stuck. Perhaps some backend process that recalculates the post count is not working, but I am not sure how to reach out to the technical team. Could someone here please look into this issue?
Thank you,

Welcome to the forum Hari. The posts under shifting gears do not count against your post count. Maybe you posted more frequently in the shifting gears section?
From FAQ:
https://www.team-bhp.com/forum/faq.php
Why is my post count number not increasing?
It may take the system upto an hour to update your post count or membership level. Also note that posts in some of the forums do not add up to the post count. The excluded forum sections are:
1. Introduce Yourself.
2. Shifting Gears.
Oh, that makes sense now. I think all the threads that I participated are in Shifting Gears. :)

Also once the post count crosses 25, your upgrade to a 'BHPian' status from 'Newbie'.
So start participating to jump from 'Newbie' to 'BHPian'. As others have mentioned, the Shifting Gears section will NOT add to the post count so keep that in mind too.
Hello team,
Just wanted to drop in and give some quick feedback on a few things.
1. The user experience: These days, the site has become too busy. (Attached picture for reference). I don't have any specific suggestions to improve this, but just wanted to bring it up here.
2. As mentioned above by GTO, the way reviews are handled have started to change. While I understand why we do this, adding a member review to the coveted review box is quite a big shift for Team BHP. I'd suggest that there be greater differentiation between complete reviews, shorter reviews and member reviews as you ultimately have different expectations from each of these formats.
All that aside, Team BHP is easily my favourite source of car content and I truly appreciate the work that goes in to keep the ship sailing. :D
When I tried to purchase a set of Team Bhp stickers, this is my third purchase, I was asked to disclose the password of my email id.
On earlier two occasions this was not asked for.
My question is why should I disclose a password which is quite personal.
Mods please look into

I don't this is password of your email ID. This is the password of your registered account through which you are making the purchase.

The email ID is your user ID and it's always good to have separate passwords for each of the sites where the email ID is used as the user name. Never enter the password of your email in any of the sites.

I am not clear about the 'registered account' that you have mentioned

The website uses three sets of credentials in my experience:
1 - For the forum (username/pass)
2 - For the classifieds (username/pass)
3 - For the store (email ID that you used to register/will be using to receive the purchase alerts + Password for that email on the Team-BHP store.)
It has nothing to do with your email credentials. Please login with the ID-Pass you set when last buying your sticker set, and it should do, or, reset your password.
Cheers.

My username is not my email id in Team Bhp. I tried using my Team Bhp log in password, which was rejected. The screenshot, I have attached is categorically clear about this point.

1. I tried using forum login details and failed as my user id is not email id.
2. Tere is no separate username/password for classifieds
3. To receive purchase alerts why need the password?

Use 'forgot password' option available, generate a new password, login and complete the order so all previous plus orders made by you are available to check at a later date if required. All updates like order status and package status will be available in your profile whenever you login to check.

Do you mean that I should change my email password after registering the purchase?

Whatever email you are using to sign in into the 'STORE' account, generate a new password for this login. This password is ONLY related to the T-BHP Store account, not for anything else.
EDIT:
When you click forgot password, you'll get an email with the link:
Click on that link and reset the password to what you like (remember to keep it unique for every different login). I had forgotten my password so generated a new one now.
Dont like the new emojis, and would like to have the old ones back, especially the I'm stupid, biggrin and offtopic ones.
