My thoughts to make matches exciting,The importance of a bowler has to be increased.

I too feel leg byes should be removed, but not so sure about byes though
As far as wide is concerned, I guess you meant "Stop being generous to the batting side....". If that's the case, I agree to this too.

Another one from my side - Be generous to bowler on no-ball for front-foot overstepping.
Mend the rule to make it "behind or on the crease" instead of "behind the crease" for legal delivery.

Son’s first game in stadium and all he gets to see is 3 odd overs, stupid rain!!

If not even a single ball is bowled, in this case around 4 overs game happened, so no refund. With sad looking kid, my wallet was also staring me after losing 6K rupees.

If you want to blame something or someone, then it has to be BCCI for scheduling a match in Bangalore in 3rd week of June rl:
We all know almost every year monsoon starts no later than 2nd week of June in Bangalore.

50% refund announced for yesterday's game. I feel entire amount should have been refunded!

Trailer of Mithali's biopic released. Looks good, but not great.

Well atleast 3k is coming back;)

I agree. In my opinion if both teams haven't played even 5 overs each then it should be a 100% refund.

For a T20, if both teams play 5 overs, it can be a completed game with an actual result!

What am I missing? :)
England played 2 tests out of 3 tests at home against New Zealand. Then went on the Netherlands tour for 3 ODIs. Now back for the 3rd test, to complete the series.

PS: After the 3rd test, they play India for the 5th test, to complete the 2021 series.

Parallel series. No common players between white ball and red ball games. Just like India toured Sri Lanka some time back.

Won't be that uncommon in the future. Boards like the BCCI will look to mint more money by playing 2 teams parallel in different continents !

Couldn't they have played the 3rd test and ODI series in the same week? Why delay the 3rd test?

Might be we will see the day where India is playing Australia in Test, England in ODI, and West Indies in T20 on the same day-night, with parallel teams.

Test: 10:30AM to 5:30PM IST (Australia day-night)
ODI: 5:30PM to 1:30AM IST (England day-night)
T20I: 2:30AM to 6:30AM IST (West Indies day-night)

Surely a treat for late risers lol:.

Did you read the next big thing - 6ixty?

The Caribbean Premier League will launch with a T10 tournament named 'The 6ixty' with a hope of further making cricket viewing of more interest. The inaugural season will take place from August 24 to 28 in St Kitts, immediately before the CPL season.

What is it all about?
The format is predominantly a T10 competition but features several notable differences:

- Each batting team has six wickets, rather than ten
- Batting teams can 'unlock' a floating third powerplay over by hitting two sixes in the initial two-over powerplay
- Teams will bowl five consecutive overs from each end, rather than switching ends after each over
- If teams fail to bowl their 10 overs within 45 minutes, a fielder will be removed for the final six balls
- Fans will be able to vote for a 'mystery free hit' via an app or website
