On this topic, I received the card and sent an email asking them to cancel the card - did not think this card would be useful for me. They still seem to have relationship with Zomato under the Cookies Card- have asked for more details on this card.

What is a cookie card?
I'll be cancelling this card, the benefits are not worth it

Yes, I agree the benefits are no good. The Cookies Credit Card benefits look OK but it looks like they charge ₹100 per month or one has to spend ₹5000 to get that charged waived. I will take it if they give it Lifetime Free :D

Interesting, if I don't cross the threshold of 5k a month, every month it'll be 1200 a year. Which is a bit steep. Didn't knew monthly membership cards are available.

Card looks funky, will study in detail & may apply.
---
Edit :
Spend 5k to get next month free - So 1st month is chargeable. (Ok)
Reward redemption fee of 99+GST applicable. (This is bad)
5x reward points for every 100 rupees spent online. (This looks good)
10% cashback on Zomato, Myntra, Uber (That is good), capped to a maximum of 300 each per month (That is bad)
Welcome voucher of 1000 (Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Croma or Shoppers Stop) (This is good)

Tried applying, seems they don't give it to self employed applicants.

After a lot of thought, deliberation and reviews across the web, I decided to upgrade from Axis Neo CC to Axis Magnus. The entire process was smooth and the transfer of existing balance, reward points etc was seamless. My initial observations and few doubts are as follows.
Observations:
1) For a supposedly premium card, I would have liked a card holder in the welcome kit. Vertical mount could have been the ideal design.
2) The welcome kit mentions that you need to call the customer care after first successful transaction to choose between Tata Cliq voucher/flight ticket. However different customer care executives have different answers. After the first transaction reflected as completed, I dialled the number mentioned on the welcome kit, only to receive a answer that I need to call after 4 working days of first transaction (I called on the 3rd day). However, I was not confident of this bizarre condition and thus called up again, hoping for a different executive. This time the lady on the call said, I would receive an sms after my first billing cycle is completed. In conclusion, the variance between the welcome kit and customer care has ensured my onboarding is done right!
3) The T&C specifies that 25k ER on monthly spends is from the card issuance month itself. I haven't cross checked it with the customer care as this is the lone credit card in my wallet and I would be using it irrespectively.
Doubt:
I am planning to buy a two wheeler for daily errands and planning to pay by Axis Magnus. Will this transaction be eligible for monthly spends?

COngrats on the upgrade. on #2, i myself checked for the voucher after 2 months, when i called the process is very simple login to the website https://axismagnusbenefits.thriwe.com/web/home
and get it. Not sure why they want us to call to get this information.
#3: My understanding is 1 lakh spend for 25k bonus points is from next month of issuance.
on Doubt: YEs ofcourse you can get the 2 wheeler provided the dealer is game for it. I have done it but had tp pay 2% extra.

So it seems Travel Edge has removed Vistara as one of the FFPs ?!

If you swipe the card and buy the two wheeler yes it will count towards your transaction in that month. It ought to be eligible for bonus points provided you dont convert it to emi.

It seems conversion to accor miles and vistara are on hold temporarily. I hope it's resolved because accor all points conversion was a major attraction of Travel edge.

Can someone please help with Axis bank Toll free number for Credit cards as I'm unable to file dispute against failed transaction but money deducted. With HDFC/Standard Charted/SBI, I was able send an email and they promptly started service request and invetigated the transaction to refund failed transaction. But Axis Bank website is not of much help till now.

Can you check the back of the card? Usually the toll free number is printed somewhere on the back side. Different cards sometimes have different numbers, so calling the number printed on the card is the best option.

Thank you, I have tried this, but the tickets don't have any perticualr information or details, which makes it difficult to track. Tickets are just vague.

Thanks, yes i have tried that as well.

After some more searching, I have got hold of one email ID. nodal.officer@axisbank.com. Let me see, how long it would take to get issue resolved.

Whoa, Nodal officer is a next level complaint if the initial complaint is not attended to. You need to make an initial complain with the customer care/branch, if they don't resolve in a timely manner, you can approach the Nodal Officer, if he/she too turns deaf, you can approach RBI Ombudsman.

Since initial complaint process is not very easy, just goes round and round even after logging into netbanking :Frustrati, I have directly emailed to this ID with transaction details and failure. Received reply that, it will be investigated, with long wait times(~30-45 days).
not sure, if inital process is made deliberately inconvinient to avoid people from complaining. I waited for 5 business days(as per error it shows auto refund in 5 working day), after which I made complaint.
