Ok. I've been going by this link: https://mvd.kerala.gov.in/en/fine-remittance

I think I'll use the contact. I'm unable to reach them and this vahan blacklist is also affecting my HSRP plate sourcing.

Have you made the payment? If so, drop a mail to the following email addresses with the payment receipt:
aecrekm.mvd@kerala.gov.in
tcoffice.mvd@kerala.gov.in
ssgcell.mvd@kerala.gov.in
nossg.mvd@kerala.gov.in

If you havent made the payment, you have the option of making the payment in the popup that shows the blacklist status.

This was when many cars where blacklisted. When they migrated to Vaahan, they lost many transaction details done just before the migration. My successful transaction wasnt captured by them and my car was blacklisted. Even when I showed the bank statement, official mail from my bank's headquarters confirming successful debit, they are behind the "GRN" number which is still a mystery to all but MVD.

I haven't made the payment.

The only place I could check about the blacklist status was in Parivahan website on the "Know Your Vehicle Details" where you check vehicle status. Is there another website/app where a payment option shows up?

1. Go to https://parivahan.gov.in/parivahan/
2. Menu -> "Online Services" -> "Vehicle Related Services"
3. Select your state
4. Enter the RTO
5. On that dashboard, go to the menu "Services" -> "Tax/Fee Services" -> "Pay compounding fee (For blacklisted vehicles).
6. Enter your car registration number and last 5 digits of the chassis number.
7. A pop-up will show with some details. Click "Yes" and it will take back to the previous page. Click submit and it will show the list of compounding fees (basically the camera fine amount). You Shula be able to click each and make the payment.

The following steps might vary since you would be selecting KA as the State.

If you are able to make the payment, make sure you take the screenshot of the transaction receipt. Since I dont have it, havent been able to remove the blacklist status even though I made the payment 3-4 years back.

Thanks for this! Before I could do this though I got a response from AECREKM.MVD@kerala.gov.in

They gave me a login/password to make online payment via Vahan. After that they also prompty removed the blacklist after I shared the receipt.

This is the process for out of state (KL) vehicles. Had done this for my Safari as well. We need to contact them and get the user ID and password for making the payment. The blacklist was promptly removed, post payment.

Re: Kerala HC stays fines based on speed camera visuals

Hello All,

We have a TN registered vehicle and as many other users, we had received the over speeding fine and subsequent blacklisting of the vehicle.

We never received any SMS (as mobile number was never updated in RTO) nor any challan by post.

Below the steps I followed for payment of fine and blacklisting removal:
1. Write a mail to the concerned RTO (in our case it was aecrekm.mvd@kerala.gov.in).
2. They would then share the Phone Number of the MVD.
3. Once the vehicle details are shared through WhatsApp, they would share the user id and password for payment of the challans.

After completion, you can share the receipt to them and they would instantly remove the Backlisting from the vehicle.

Need to cross-check the status after few days (once RTO website and system have the information synced).

It is best to check any over-speeding fine through the RC Details window in https://vahan.parivahan.gov.in/nrser...chstatus.xhtml

The e-challan website never showed any pending fine for my car, it is only after I checked the vehicle status in Vahan that I find my car is blacklisted.

It is best to have the blacklisting removed as otherwise, all RTO related activities (sale, hypothecation, fitness renewal, etc..) are blocked
