Just another day in India. I think a large part of our population is now numb to over abuse of authority (it's not like the citizens are any better).

P.S. To think that Ted Cruz is facing flak for taking a holiday while his state is in crisis and here we have amazing specimens like these. Ours is a dis-functional democracy indeed.

I searched online but couldn’t find any law that states overtaking a Politician’s car is a crime.

This is the epitome of blatant misuse of power on a common man. Can’t courts take action against these idiots suo motu?

Flag doesn't matter. In India no sane person would want to overtake a ministerial convoy unless they are slowing down or getting off the road. Balls bigger than brain effect. Choose battles wisely.

Some get slapped, some get killed, some forced to kill themselves, some gets detained. Common factor - Politicians (flag doesn't matter). Citizen's fault - overtaking, not giving way, minor shunt etc.
