Before taking a U turn or any other turn we need to watch for, estimate the speed/ time and commit to a turn. Do we want to get involved in an accident even if it is the other guy's mistake.
It does not matter if a bus/ truck fellow starts to turn without seeing oncoming traffic. We see all these folks hurrying us to a sudden halt.
BTW, I never said the guy is right or wrong for going fast. Have you never driven over speed limit while going straight. Thats the case most of the time. |
