it's always your city STD code followed by 100. I've tried it twice.

By the way did you guys know that 112 will work even if your phone keypad is locked (I have tried this on Nokia and Siemens).
Aha, that explains why my phone shows '1' or '11' sometimes when my keypad is unlocked. and also how once I called emergency services with the phone in my pocket and I enjoying mardi gras in new orleans

First heavyfoot for doing such a humane act.
And we should all hope this emergency response gets common.

PS: Im waiting for the day(night) for the Accent CRDI cop cars in chennai to go "hot pursuit" behind a kid in a ricer hatch.

How do you know that the police came there because of YOUR CALL? I sincerely do not trust the Bangy police. Im sure they must have come there for some other work. Im thinking if they really came there because of your call within no time, something must be wrong somewhere...or there must have been some monetory gain involved for them.

@Gopz > I am sure the cops were alerted by the contol room. Even the beacon lights and siran were sounding on the jeep which was standing by.
