I think after some time he shall close that twitter account if he is continuously getting tweets on complaints!!
He doesn't have to identify the exact people and punish them. He can obviously take measures so that such behaviour is not exhibited by any M&M employee.

If he thinks his Twitter account is just to promote M&M and not receive any feedback, its better he closes the account.

Hello,

A representative of the said dealer has dropped the following email:

Quote:
Hi,

I wanted to quote as i was going through this thread of bad M&M drivers and I work for the M&M dealership. I understand it could be one of the sales consultants who would have taken the car for a test drive and behaved badly. Shall try to find who the guys were and possibly escalate the issue to be resolved.

With regards,
Satish.M

Good that they are not taking this incident light handedly.

Mahindra has indeed changed a lot. I have worked for Mahindra Automotive Sector for a year after my graduation. I can see that their attitude has changed drastically in 7years. But they still have a long way to go.

Over the years they have been desprately trying to establish their brand (which originally was 'doodachi gaadi'). Thats what happens when you try to move up the ladder (unlike VW that brought in Passat first to get the luxury brand image and then subsequenty the polo). All the best to Mahindra for it!

On a lighter note: Skoda would have been busy trying to contact CaptainSlow to take back his complain.
