Happened to see a brand new Powder Blue RR Ghost pass by the main road in Kulshekar this morning. Another RR to this city?

Yes! Landed here 2 weeks ago. The owner, a young enterprising guy apparently drove it down from Mumbai.

Its already done a few thousand KM's as compared to the few hundreds the 3-4yr old Phantom has done.

Dear Friends
I don't come very often here. Just to let you know that the new JLR showroom at Mangalore will be ready next month . It is I think the largest showroom in India a whopping 61000 sq feet plus 40000 sq feet parking and amenities . I am in constant touch with them . The showroom is three times the size of Bangalore . MARQLAND are the dealers . They haven't announced the size officially . Final touches is being given . Likely inauguration mid or end July or even before that .

61000 sq feet? just the showroom? I really doubt it. Perhaps it includes the service area too. Even for that 61000 is really huge.

Sorry it includes service area too.

The Bangalore Showroom and service is 30,000 sq feet as far as I know. The Mangalore showroom and service is 61000 sq feet and then 40,000 sq feet parking and utitilities . I am not sure what utilities mean though. Final touches are been given and it will open by July end. The dealers are MARQLAND which is a part of Kuttukaran group Kochi. I have basically looked at att the dealer ships in INdia . THey are all smaller.The reason could be that they are all in CBD but Mangalore one is on the Outskirts.Total area is 101.000 SQ FEET roughly.

The JLR showroom is located on 2 acres of land roughly beyond Kannur on the Mangalore - Bangalore highway . The logos , billboards have all arrived

I will be getting some of the latest snaps which will be sent to me by JLR person at Mangalore but I am not sure if these could be posted without permission.Any of the forumers here based in Mangalore could actually visit the place.

Sundaram motors had advertised for 1.35 acres of land within 4 kms from Mangalore CBD for upgrading their current dealership at Mangalore which is not a 3S.
Not sure where they finally got the land.

I am told India;s first BMW 640d has been bought by someone from Mangalore.The first Audi Q7 was also bought by someone in Mangalore in 2007.

Just off the topic guys.

It is not jut raining from the monsoon .It is raining Automobile showrooms at Mangalore.

Four Automobile showrooms will open at Mangalore in the next two Months .

The massive JLR showroom is getting ready. Things like landscaping are affected by heavy rains .Boards have all come up. I have tye pictures . Could send it by whatsapp.
Mercedes Showroom board is up.

The same building will have Mandovi Motors Nexa Showroom.Boards are out.

Another Nexa showroom getting ready near Kadri by Bharath .

If someone could PM me. I could give my number.I could send the photos.

Nope. This is, by no, means Mangalore. That is Mumbai and the picture is taken outside the Lambo dealership in Mumbai. And yes that is a Huracan in an one-off Le Mans Blue shade.
