Wow!! This is probably one of the best track cars you can have.
My absolute favorite for track duties.

What is there on its rear wheels? Plastic cover for cooling?

Mostly a part of the aero package.

That's an Aero Disk made of carbon fiber, helps create an aerodynamic curtain around the rear of the car by guiding the air flow around the wheels.
