The M4 experience on a winding country road

As a kid, many of us have probably dreamed of driving a sports car through scenic winding roads. I certainly did.

I know this thread is about driving at the circuit, but I reckon it is also about BMW's M division cars. The F82 M4, in particular, takes my interest.

I traded in my 2009 M3 Coupe last fall and bought a 2015 M4. That means that I did not get around to driving it in the warmer summer months.

It's winter here, and I was motivated regardless to record such a drive in an attempt to replay the dream I had as a kid. Here is that video.

The initial acceleration embodies a rapid but brief 212km/hr stint, followed by a speed range of 108-128 km/hr throughout the scenery. Notice how subtle the notes of the engine are and how smooth the car drives through curves without exuding an aura of recklessness or even, speed.

PS: Winter performance tires are installed.
