The 111 Garage in Hyderabad has a tasteful collection of cars. You won't find many modern Lamborghinis or Ferraris in this private collection. Instead, you'll see immaculately maintained classic cars and some off-roaders as well. Not many details of the garage are known as it is a private collection, but some unconfirmed reports suggest that the owner's father used to be a racing driver in the '70s and '80s. It is said that the whole family is into cars and the collection includes more cars than what are listed in this post.

Here are some of the cars in the garage.

Ford Mustang Mach 1

This is the first generation Mach 1. The Mach 1 is a performance oriented option package and was built by Ford to attract younger buyers to the Mustang brand and to compete with the Chevrolet Camaro and Pontiac Firebird. Not all generations of the Mustang got the Mach 1 variant. After 17 years, the Mach 1 badge is back with the sixth-gen Mustang.

Ferrari 360 Spider

What is it that makes this V8 convertible Ferrari special? It comes with a 6-speed manual transmission. The car was bought used and previously belonged to an enthusiast in Orissa. It is one of the few manual Ferraris in India. Sachin Tendulkar had a 360 Coupe that was said to have been gifted to him by F1 legend Michael Schumacher.

Bentley Bentayga

Bentley's first SUV. Production started in 2016 and at that time, Bentley claimed it to be the fastest SUV is the world. The SUV was launched with a twin-turbo W12 engine. Later, Bentley introduced a V8 version, a diesel, as well as a hybrid. The 111 Garage is said to have two of these SUVs.

Jaguar XK120

This is a beautifully restored XK120. The XK120 was built by Jaguar between 1948 and 1954 and it was the fastest production car in the world at that time. The XK120 was successful in racing and rallying. It took part in many high-speed runs and world record attempts and clocked a maximum speed of 277.47 km/h.

Benltey Azure

The Azure is a four-seater convertible from Bentley. The first-gen was based on the Continental R platform while the second-gen was based on the Arnage platform. The garage houses two of these cars.

Porsche 911 Targa (930)

You know the owner is an enthusiast when you see a 911 (930) in the garage. The 930 was the first production turbocharged 911 and came with a flat-6 engine. Only 193 930 Targas are said to have been built, out of which, just 54 cars are said to be right-hand drive.

Mercedes-Benz SLC 450

While the SL was a 2-seater convertible, the SLC was a four-seater, hardtop coupe. It was powered by a 4.5-litre V8 engine.

BMW X6 M

This is the second-gen X6. The X6 started a new segment called SUV Coupe which combines the high ground clearance of an SUV and the sporty looks of a coupe. The M version is powered by a 4.4L V8 and has a 0-100 km/h time of 4.2 seconds.

Mitsubishi Lancer EVO X

The EVO X was the last of its kind - the last Lancer EVO built. The 10th-generation of the Lancer, a car which became famous after its rally victories, ceased production in 2016. However, unlike its predecessors, the Evo X never took part in WRC (World Rally Championship). This particular car rides on BBS wheels.

Bentley Continental GT Convertible

This is the third-gen Continental GT that was launched in 2018. It comes with a choice of a W12 or a V8 engine. The car features a rotating panel which toggles between the dashboard trim and the touchscreen head unit.

Toyota Hilux

Now this is a one of a kind vehicle - a modified Toyota Hilux pickup truck. Top Gear called it one of the most indestructible vehicles in the world. The Fortuner sold in India is based on the Hilux.

Rolls-Royce Silver Spur

The Silver Spur is the long wheelbase version of the Silver Spirit. It was the first Rolls-Royce to get the retractable Spirit of Ecstasy.

Bentley Arnage

This particular vehicle is said to be the R version of the luxury car. The Arnage shares its underpinnings with the Rolls-Royce Silver Seraph. Some reports suggest that the 111 garage has two of these.

Volkswagen Beetle

The original people's car. Popularly known as the Bug, this rear-engined car was commissioned by Adolf Hitler who wanted a car for the masses. He had ordered Ferdinand Porsche to develop it. The Beetle came fourth in the 1999 Car of the Century competition to determine the world's most influential car of the 20th century.

Toyota FJ Cruiser

This popular four-door off-roader made its debut at the 2005 North American International Auto Show and is still on sale in some countries. It is powered by a V6 engine.

Range Rover Autobiography

The fully-fledged Range Rover is one of the most luxurious and capable off-roaders in the world. It is often called the Rolls-Royce you can take anywhere. This particular car is finished in a colour called Santorini Black and rides on aftermarket wheels.

London Taxi

Surprising to see this in the collection. The London Taxi is one of the most famous taxis in the world. Popularly called the black cab, it was built by the London Taxi Company. The company was shut in 2013 and was bought by Geely to form what is now the London EV Company.

The EVO X reminds me of a grey/dark brown car that had come in for cosmetic repairs to my friend in Surat in 2011/2012. It was quite a challenge then to get the damage back to shape as panels were aluminium.

The FJ Cruiser is one great looking machine from the outside, but extremely bland inside.

The 111 garage is indeed very tasteful, very difficult for any of us to pick one single favourite car from this collection. Almost every car here is extremely well kept, the classics look immaculate and the Hilux couldn't have looked better. The recently delivered Mustang Mach 1 is as stunning as it could get.

The owners indeed have a great taste.

Amazing collection! For me, the 930 Targa, Evo X and the FJ Cruiser stand out.

The 930 had the good ol' air cooled flat 6 which is a legend in its own right. Plus the racing heritage of this series, especially at Le Mans.

The FJ Cruiser has that amazing retro themed front from the FJ40 yet looks unique in a modern sort of way.

The Evo, well, is the JDM beast from hell obviously, and so rare!

The Same Hilux ( I would assume) as a participant in the 2012 Desert Storm . The driving team had impressive motorsport pedigree , including one who later was elected as the FMSCI president . Photographs taken be me during vehicle scrutiny.

The Mercedes SL & SLC are also known as the W107 Series. It sported a variety of engines, 2.8, 3.0, 3.5, 4.2, 4.5, 5.0 and 5.6 liter. smaller ones 6 inline, larger ones all V-8’s

They did enjoy quite a long history, from early 70s till 81 for the SLC and 86’ for the SL. More than 210.000 were produced, so even today in Europe and the USA it is not a particular rare classic car. You can buy a very nice one, properly sorted for less money than a new Ford Focus.

This particular model looks like an American version. The huge stick out bumpers are the give away. Really don’t do the car any justice.

The Mustang Mach 1 and The 911 are the jewels of the garage according to me. Their JDM vehicles such as the FJ Cruiser and the Evo X also looks great. Their love towards Bentley is also visible with nearly half a dozen cars. I guess they have the perfect mix of Retro and Modern vehicles.

Have always been in awe of their collection, they owned a couple of more Bentley CGT's which were sold recently, along with a 650i Convertible as well.

Here is the latest addition to their ever growing collection, the very last R35 GTR to be sold in India clad in a typical "All Black" Hyderabadi spec

Has the bentley been bagged or can it go that low with the stock air suspension?

I was drooling over the photos as I was going over the thread.
How I wish, my family was also comprised of automobile enthusiasts, and of course had the taste and the kind of money to acquire such a collection.

This isn't a 930 Targa. Its a 911 SC Targa of which tens of thousands were made.
