But would be tough to choose between the 328i and the 335i(if the latter come to India at all). Because with a 2000cc twin turbo 245hp engine in the F30 328i it hard to justify buying a F30 335i.

Valid doubt, but this an original Evo, I have seen videos of it dragging with a CBR1000R on some other forum.

Two of my friends have had their Lancers converted to Evo's and hence i asked. There was no way for a person to know its not an Evo untill you saw the reg papers. The looks and the heart both were there including the all wheel drive, basically felt like an Evo was bought abroad and dismantled to feed the Lancer.

This Evo 6 belongs to a Rally driver and I am pretty sure that it's the real deal. I am tempted to post the name of the guy but I am not sure that would be right thing to do.

He is associated with Red Rooster Racing.

You have cleared your own doubt. This is a made car from a Cedia by Red Rooster Racing..

Have you confirmed with someone in RRR or is this just an assumption of yours? And how come you brought a Cedia in all this? Do you mean this is running a Cedia engine?

Did the original EVO ever come with those extension tail lamps as found on India SLXi/SFXi model. I too feel - this is an Indian Lancer covert.
