Thats a Lincoln if your talking about the "Car-O-Bar" in the song "Jahaan Chaar Yaar..." not a Cadillac.
This car was originally owned by a big Industrialist and was then sold to a dealer in Ahmedabad a few years ago and then to Almieda Park in Bandra...from then a few months ago to Delhi via a Delhi dealer. Maybe awaiting restoration..at least I hope. There was a newer Nordstar engined Delhi Numberedone standing in Chembur for a good many months till it suddenly moved to Santacruz and then was immersed in the floods. Was sold also to someone as I dont see it there anymore.Hope its being resurrected.

the reason i feel the car is being neglected is the fact that it has
black no. plate if the person was using it it would have had a white one right...?;)
even old restored vintage cars have white no. plate

exactly amatmo nice observation. thats exactly why i said if they guy wants to sell it. he does not seem to care for it or use it. some of the people just buy these cars as a status thing and when they see the fuel bill neglect the car.
benson this is chevrolet impala if i am not wrong 60's model.
you really cant give a fixed price on these cars. it depends on the car (make), the condition of the car. the type as in coupe, convertible or a sedan. you could find a car from 1.5 lacs right upto 20lacs also. the major factor being what the owner demands for his car.

Looks like a Biscayne![not pillarless and no bumper guards] and confused about the year, maybe a '61, but the dash looks like a '62.
A rear Photo will say it all!
Its not an impala. its too fat and round to be an impala. will go and take a pic of rear. biscayne is the most probable guess
sorry my bad your right uncle its a 62 biscayne.
benson like your discription of the car " too fat and round"
