But why the "Mobile store" ads on the car? Does it belong to the owner of the mobile store chain?

Looks like an NHC...the huge window is possibly an illusion. As for the road...possibly the poshest street in Delhi, that Amrita Shergill Marg.

yes it does belong to Mr. Modi., i did not want to use his name. the residance is just off Rajesh Pilot marg does this also come under Amrita Shergil marg. i have to see the white one yet. the owner seems to have got his moneys worth and taken full advantage of the customisation.

your coll is on lodi road and not Amrita Shergil marg.

Oh Man ! That's truly a Rolls Royce.... lucky you to have spotted this often. I am eager to see one in Chennai, although I have spotted a lot in London.

Thats an old tread. its more than 3 years old.
Now a days, RR are very frequently spotted in delhi.
Even a showroom has opened up at Shangri-La lately.
