Wow, really a jaw dropping sight, its really envy.

But I still am not cleared how those Phantom & Flying Spur uses a black regn plate? Is it allowed to use it? Recently I've seen a AP-regn E-class from a resort in Wayanad with black regn plate. How is it possible?

I was not aware that 'gold' and 'yellow' were different colors. As far as I know, which is from a little know how of law , those are taxi number plates.

Even if they are not, heck the sight of so many black beauties is breath - taking.

As Fountainheader has already mentioned the cars with the black number plates with yellow inscription are not taxi's. The taxi's use a complete yellow plate , the rest others use white or black (i know black plates are no more allowed , but still some people prefer).

AFAIK, Black plates with yellow number are self driven taxis(driven by the rentee himself).

Those are personally driven rented cars , as some research tell me. So I guess we all are right in certain respects.

@ f450

The white maser's a nice catch. Must have been difficult, considering the lighting conditions.
I'm assuming the owners are all friends and met up. Otherwise, could there be another forum like TeamBHP where this was arranged?

Thanks bro. Having a good camera phone helps.

I think you're supposed to cross out the number plate. Just giving you a heads up!

You can use any number plate you want. Not legally, of course. But if you're rich, everything's legal!
