Supercars & Imports : Gujarat

Look what I found in a private garage on Polytechnic road! Coming out of Dangeedums last night this is what I saw parked in the garage along with half a dozen model airplanes hanging around giving company to a modest Mitsubishi Lancer.

Mods, surely this is no supercar, but this was something I couldn't afford to not post. Please move to relevant thread if any.

Where exactly is this? Which side of Dangee Dums?

It's the house exactly opposite to Dangeedums on the other side of the road. Next door neighbor to Virtues. What's interesting is the gate was left open with no guard in sight, as if intentionally, for the public to feast on these beauties! There was so many bystanders and people flocking up to gorge on something so unexpected.

Quite obviously the owner is a collector of model airplanes - big and small!

Whoa!! Awesome find

Never knew there was a Viper in the country. Any other threads or pics of the same? Also, is this the only one?

Sorry for the over enthusiasm, its one of my top-3 fav cars of all time

Yes. Really an awesome catch it is. I got to know through a friend that this is an ex-BBY car and currently owned by the Gondal Royal family who own a fleet of luxury cars. Old & New. These beauties share space with a few AMG's too.

The Viper was owned by Rajiv Shah when it was in Mumbai. Seems to be the only Viper in the country. More pics of Rajiv Shah's collection here :

The Viper is a RT 10 automatic and belonged to my brothers friend in Bombay (same person has the red 840ci and had the Lamborghini Diablo), and now with his friend in Gondal. The car has been in the country for donkeys years now. There also was a silver Viper down south but i have no idea what happened to it.

There's a Diablo in India?Any idea whether the viper or the corvette is for sale.Man India is like hidden treasure chest when it comes to exotics,only god knows how many of these rare beauties are underground.

The Diablo VT was on carnet when we were in college and went back. The Viper or the corvette or any other car from the Gondal collection is not for sale.
