Massive Chevrolet Avalanche spotted in Bandra

Nice pictures of the Titanic car! Seems like he doesn't take the car beyond bandra. It's been spotted in Bandra only. Isn't it a problem for him to run on Kuwait reg plates? Shouldn't he have MH registration if he plans to drive it here?

Got to be on carnet. Because if not, forget the registration, LHD itself is out of the question.

The car is here on carnet and does not need to be registered or change the plates. The car is also free to roam anywhere in India. The pictures i had taken were at Marine drive for the water show at H2o.
