I heard it was Kovai Medical Centre & Hospital (KMCH), Coimbatore. I'm not sure if its the same one as the movie Chandralekha. The fight scene with Siddique with the bosking (boxing) dialogue was shot on L & T Road.

I think the exterior shots of the hospital were shot at the Periyar Science & Technology Centre in Chennai.

Thanks a ton ! Just revisited the scenes and yes, the exteriors are shot at the Periyar Science & Technology Centre in Chennai (Both Chandralekha & RavanaPrabhu). The interior could be (KMCH), Coimbatore. How did you guys know this ? Been searching this a while now

The Z4 seems to be a replacement (?) for the 911. The 911 is now sold to someone in Bangalore.
