On my last trip to Bangalore I had chanced upon a lovely 1968 Triumph Spitfire Mark3 convertible on Richmond Road!

It's a 320, not 350. I had posted a pic of this car sometime back. The 350 series didn't exist during this model's time. There is a red 2008 clk350 coupe in Indiranagar though.

Yup ! the same one. Also this morning in the span of 5 minutes between India garage and command hospital I saw two black BMW 320's and one dark grey and another silver 5 series. Today seems to be a BMW day for me. Its raining BMW's in bangalore seems like. Also spotted a spanking new white TN-43/ooty registered merc c200 opposite FAP's school. Get to see this merc very often when I go to drop off my son to his school.

The CLK was one of the first convertibles I had seen in the flesh and that happened to be ages back! If I remember correctly, I was in school at that time. Convertibles were a rare sight on Bangalore roads during those days. The only other rag top I had seen was an older generation BMW and I spotted that in Indiranagar as well and from quite a distance at that. (Apart from the Mazda MX5/Miata)

It's a different story now though as I get to see the silver 911 Carrera Cabriolet almost everyday on Residency road, a few Mercedes Benz Sls and SLKs and also the grey F430 Spyder and the odd Toyota MR-S.

Spotted a Black Chrysler 300C SRT on ring road near Ragi Gudda today.
Within Five minutes, spotted a white C200 with AMG Kit on it.
Loved both cars, but sadly no pics.

@preetam: A C200 with an AMG kit is just sad...Even on a C230 it would have been more acceptable.

I guess you have a thing for the Chrysler..it seems to be following you

Spotted an old (Black) and new gen (white) BMW 7 series in Bhuvaneshwari nagar (Hebbal area). Some ministers had come to inaugrate an apartment.

Could not take the pic as the car moving fast. Does anyone living in this area have the picture of the same ?

The RS4 or S4, yes. The A4, no. It's a nice colour, but the A4 should appear more stately. It might just work for the 3.2 FSI!

@Shamik : Do not know if the chryslers are following me but i sure do follow them when i get a chance. And as for the kitted C200, i was not very sure of it but it stopped for just a while so could make it out.

@Suhaas :Second you on that buddy. The RS prefix will really do that color justice and as you rightly mentioned, just an S for a prefix is fine with me!

Spotted these today
The 5 was spotted at 7:30 in the morning, near Electronics city gate 1 as I was going to college. The 5 was carrying taxi plates.

And this 730d was spotted near silk board junction at around 6 in the evening when I was coming back from college. Nice way to begin and end the day, what say?
