Dealership at Bangalore closed down last year and now this. Are all Italian companies like this when it comes to business or its just in India that they are a permanent goofball [Fiat included].

^Maybe because we have an Italian ruler-controller here, they think they can get away with anything. My two cents.

The fault is not with the company (Ducati) but with their Indian Representative (Ashish.C.) here. The only fault i see with the manufacturers who have dealt with him is not having an India office and this gives the Indian Representative a free hand to do as he pleases, since everything is imported through him.
