Triumph launched the Daytona 675 priced @ 10.15 lakh ex-showroom Delhi.

• The Daytona 675 is powered by a 3 cylinder 675cc engine.
• Max power of 129 BHP @ 12500 RPM @ 74 Nm @ 11900 RPM.
• 2 Triumph stores & service centers are already active. 7 more to come soon.
• Bookings in Delhi & Chennai announced.
• Triumph expects to sell 500 bikes in the first 6 months & around 1000-1500 bikes by mid 2015.

Man these bikes are real drool worthy and exorbitantly priced too. Isnt Truimph too ambitious when it intends to sell 500 of the Daytonas in 6 months. They havent even started marketing it properly.

The Tiger does have a massive exhaust pipe.

Think it was for their whole set of machines rather than just the Daytona. Would say they are being modest with their plans of selling 500 in 6 months as am sure this has been one of the most eagerly awaited launches for this year.

2000 would be more of a realistic number if you were to ask me. Their marketing needs to improve but figuring their ads amidst daily soaps will not set their sales charts on fires. They have to get novel and probably must be open to the idea of super-bike exchanges.

Wonderful pics buddy. Thanks for sharing. The Bonneville and the Thruxton makes me weak in the knees. For someone who just loves the practicality of classic looks mated with modern mechanicals i think Triumph has hit the nail in he head. Now for the important question...T-100 or Thruxton...or the Enfield Continental GT though thats no comparison to the twin 900s of the Triumph, even in price still practicality wise!!
