| Ducati Scrambler 1100 to be launched on August 27, 2018 Ducati is set to launch the Scrambler 1100 in India on August 27, 2018. The Ducati Scrambler 1100 is based on a tubular steel trellis frame. It measures 2,190 mm in length, 895 mm in width and 1,330 mm in height. Its wheelbase is 1,514 mm and it comes with 15-litre fuel tank.  In terms of styling, the Scrambler 1100 looks similar to the Scrambler 800 that is currently on sale. It has a circular LED headlamp and raised handle bars. The bike is equipped with 45 mm upside-down forks in the front and monoshock in the rear. It rides on 10-spoke alloy wheels finished in black. Unlike the Scrambler 800, it has twin-underseat mounted exhausts.  Powering the Scrambler 1100 is a 1,079 cc, 2-cylinder engine that produces 84 BHP @ 7,500 rpm and 88 Nm of torque @ 4,750 rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed transmission. The braking setup consists of twin 320 mm discs with 4-piston calipers in the front and a 245 mm disc in the rear with a 1-piston caliper.
