As per bikewale bookings opened for Z650. Exact ex-showroom is still not revealed.

Thanks bf1983 for clearing out the confusion because I didn't know he was actually quoting me

katsumoto : You can go through that post to see what I did. In hindsight, the only thing I'd change would have been the seat cover. I went with something quite plain jane (though practical usage wise was great cos waterproof and anti-slip); but now upon revisiting the photos, feet the seat cover could've been better in terms of aesthetics.
