Hey Rtech........Well, ya i'm a bit forgetful but the main reason is that i still have to finish the roll and then give it for developing and later scan them. Sorry to keep you guys waiting.

I do have one pic of my bike which was taken from my uncle's cam. The pic is not good but thought of putting it up for the time being.

Dan.

No Dipen the bike has never been repainted. The alloys are original but the silencer is a sports after market called 'Micron'. The sound is much louder than the original silencer but very smooth and lovely to hear.
Well yes, the condition is very good as i take good care of my Baby-Blade. (goes without saying)

Very nice Dan! One of the best tri-arms i've seen in a long time! I love the paint scheme and I bet that micron gives an awesome sound. Have you rejetted the carbs after getting the can fitted? The last 400 I rode with an aftermarket can but no jetting had a terrible flat spot below 5000rpm.

The previous owner himself fit the silencer few days before i purchased the bike. Now i'm not very sure whether he rejetted the carburetors or not.
By the way Rtech, what do u mean by "had a terrible flat spot below 5000rpm"? What happens if rejetting is not done after fitting another can?

The bike I rode had the original muffler bored out. I guess the owner just wanted the sound without giving a damn about how it made the bike perform. So the result was that below 5,000 rpm, the bike was worse than my Pulsar!! Starting from standstill, if you didn't give it enough revs it would stall. I don't know how much it may have helped the top end though as this is the only 400rr i've ridden.
